Return Policy

At Unite Auto Equipment, we want to provide the best products and service to our customers. To ensure customer's satisfaction, we will appreciate you leave us five star positive feedback on your latest purchase. And if you have any comment or questions, please contact our toll free customer care line.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return, please contact us at 888-666-1879 for a RMA No. in addition please fill out the return form and send it to us, after the RMA is approved, we will schedule the returning and refund for you.



·         A 5% cancelation fee will be charged from the total invoice, if the customer cancels the order before product has shipped to customer.

·         A 20% restocking fee will be charged from the refund, if the equipment has already been shipped/in shipping status and the customer wants to return.

·         Customer will be responsible for total shipping cost of product to be returned to our warehouse. This will be charged from the refund.

·         Returns/Refunds are not accepted on used product.

·         Returns must be made within 20 days of invoice date.

·         The returning equipment has to be in new condition, which means it has to be in the original package, un-installed and comes back with all the spares parts and manuals.

·         All the returns have to go through the RMA request, and we only refund after the RMA has been approved.


Before any equipment is sent out of our facilities we do a physical check and have photo documentation of product in new condition. If you receive the product and it seems to be damaged, please take photos and contact us before driver leaves. The shipping company will be responsible for all returning cost after investigation.


If you find some defects on the machine’s structure that you believe it is the fault of the manufacture, or the loss of important parts, please call us at 888-666-1879, we will do the full refund and pay the restocking cost after the investigation.
